How the adventures work
From booking to summit — here’s exactly how an Eternal Adventures UK experience comes to life.
At Eternal Adventures UK, we believe great adventures start with clarity and confidence. This page explains our process step-by-step, how we grade our trips, the full support you’ll receive, and the different ways you can adventure with us.
The Booking Process – What Happens After You Book
-
As soon as you book, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email containing your booking reference and a link to complete your medical form. This helps us understand any specific needs and ensures your safety on the mountain.
-
Shortly after booking, you’ll be sent a detailed welcome pack tailored specifically to your chosen trip. It includes the full itinerary, packing list, and everything you need to know before heading into the hills.
-
You’ll be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for your trip. This is where you’ll meet the other participants, get to know your guide, receive updates on weather conditions, preparation tips, and build excitement together before the adventure.
-
If you’ve booked a challenge, we may recommend additional training trips or guided hikes to help you build the right fitness and experience.
-
You’ll receive clear meeting instructions, followed by a full kit check, safety briefing, and group welcome at the start point.
-
Professional guiding, real-time safety management, and memorable moments in the mountains. After the trip, we share photos, gather feedback, and keep the adventures going!
