Your safety is our top priority. Before we confirm any booking, every participant must complete a short health and experience questionnaire. Your guide will receive this information in advance so we can plan the best possible experience for your group.
Is there a minimum or maximum age limit?
We welcome participants of all ages, provided they are physically capable of completing the chosen route. Age suitability is assessed individually through the health questionnaire and discussion with your guide.
What fitness level do I need?
Fitness requirements vary depending on the itinerary you choose. We will discuss your group’s experience and fitness level during the booking process and recommend the most suitable options for you.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We cannot guarantee that the trip will go ahead in poor weather conditions. Your guide will make a final decision based on safety, but we are not responsible for weather-related changes or cancellations.
What if someone in the group isn’t feeling fit enough on the day?
We cannot be held responsible for the physical condition of participants on the day. If anyone feels unwell or unable to continue, the guide will adjust the plan accordingly to keep everyone safe.
Do I need to disclose any medical conditions?
Yes. It is essential that you provide accurate and complete medical information on the questionnaire. We cannot be held responsible for any undisclosed medical conditions that could affect the group’s ability to complete the route.
How much does a private guiding day cost?
Every private guiding day is different. Prices depend on group size, location, duration, route complexity, travel time, and any special requirements (such as transport, accommodation, or equipment hire). Because of this, we do not publish fixed prices online. We will provide a personalised quote once we understand your specific plans.
