This trip is well suited to people who enjoy coastal walking and a relaxed pace. It’s ideal if you like the idea of combining beach time with gentle hills and beautiful views, without it feeling too strenuous. A reasonable level of fitness is helpful, along with a positive attitude and the ability to be flexible on the day.

We’ll explore the coastline around Charmouth, walking along the cliffs and beaches with excellent views. The route includes a climb up to Golden Cap, offering panoramic views across the bay, before returning along the coast.
The exact route and pace will be adapted depending on the weather and what suits the group best. You can expect a scenic day with a good mix of coastal walking and viewpoints.

April weather on the Dorset coast can be changeable. We may experience sunshine, wind, or rain, so layers and a waterproof jacket are recommended. Good footwear is important as some paths can be uneven or muddy after rain.
-
All trips are led by qualified and experienced guides. We carry group safety equipment and will adjust the route or plans if conditions require it. Full safety briefings are given at the start of the day.
