This trip is ideal for anyone who enjoys scenic walking and wants to experience Loch Lomond at a relaxed pace.
It’s a lovely option for friends, couples, families or individuals looking for time outdoors without taking on a full mountain climb. No previous mountain experience is necessary, but you should be comfortable walking for around 2–3 hours, including breaks, on paths that may be uneven or muddy in places.
-
We’ll explore a scenic part of Loch Lomond, combining time beside the water with woodland walking and opportunities to enjoy views across the loch and surrounding hills.
The walk will follow a relaxed pace, with stops to take in the scenery along the way. The final route and starting point will be confirmed before the trip, with any adjustments made to suit the conditions and the group.
-
September weather around Loch Lomond can be changeable, with sunshine, showers and cooler conditions all possible. Lochside paths can also feel breezy, so suitable walking footwear, warm layers and waterproof clothing are recommended.
-
Your walk will be led by an experienced Eternal Adventures guide, providing navigation, support and encouragement throughout.
You’ll receive a safety briefing before we set off, and the pace will be managed to suit the group. Paths may include uneven ground, slopes or muddy sections, and the route may be adjusted depending on weather and ground conditions.
