This trip follows one of the most historic and scenic routes up Snowdon. The Watkin Path takes you through a beautiful valley with waterfalls and remnants of old slate mines, before climbing steeply to the summit in the final section.
It’s a route with real character, offering a mix of peaceful woodland and open mountain scenery, with a rewarding sense of achievement as you reach the top of Wales. The final push to the summit is steep, but it makes standing on the roof of Wales feel especially satisfying.
