A memorable day exploring Torc Mountain and Waterfall
-
This trip is well suited to people who enjoy a varied day with both a mountain summit and a beautiful natural landmark. It’s ideal if you like a moderate challenge with excellent views and don’t want anything too long or committing. A reasonable level of fitness is helpful, along with a positive attitude and the ability to be flexible on the day.
-
We’ll explore the area around Torc Mountain and the famous waterfall, combining a steady climb to the summit with time spent enjoying the beautiful waterfall and surrounding woodland. The route offers a good mix of terrain and scenery.
The exact route and how long we spend at each highlight will be adapted depending on the group and conditions on the day. You can expect a rewarding and scenic day with both mountain and waterfall elements.

June weather in Kerry can be changeable. We may experience sunshine, rain, or mist, so layers and a waterproof jacket are recommended. Good footwear is important as paths can be uneven in places.
-
All trips are led by qualified and experienced guides. We carry group safety equipment and will adjust the route or plans if conditions require it. Full safety briefings are given at the start of the day.
