This challenge is designed for:
Fit and experienced hill walkers ready for their first multi-peak endurance day
Those using it as preparation for the National 3 Peaks Challenge or similar events
Adventurers who want to test their physical and mental limits across three iconic Welsh mountains
Fitness level: Good overall fitness and previous hill-walking experience required. You must be capable of sustained effort over 12–14 hours.

Drive to Cadair Idris (9.4 km / 710 m)
Drive to Pen y Fan via the motorway route (6.4 km / 493 m)
Total hiking distance: 30.4 km with 2,178 m ascent
Approximate driving time between mountains: 4 hours
